Join our FREE Girls Boxing Experience Session and discover what boxing is all about in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Designed for girls aged 10-15 years, this session gives participants the chance to experience a typical training session, meet our coaches, train alongside other girls, and see if boxing is something they would enjoy before committing to regular classes.
It's a relaxed, friendly introduction to the sport where girls can learn basic boxing skills, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive environment.
No experience is needed, and there's no pressure, just come along, get involved, and see what it's all about.

ABOUT THE SESSION
The Girls Boxing Experience Session will be led by experienced and qualified coaches who are passionate about introducing girls to the sport of boxing.
During the session, girls will get a real insight into what a typical boxing class is like, taking part in fun activities and learning some of the fundamental boxing skills, including footwork, basic punches, and simple defenses.
Participants will also have the opportunity to work with other girls throughout the session, helping them build confidence, make new friends, and experience the supportive and welcoming atmosphere that makes our girls' boxing sessions so popular.
