If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to box properly, this is where you start.

Our Womens Boxing Classes are built around real boxing development. This isn’t a fitness class with gloves on. Every session is designed to teach you the fundamentals of boxing in a structured, supportive environment.

Whether you’re completely new or looking to improve your skills, you’ll learn how to box with purpose.

 

What You’ll Learn

Each session focuses on developing core boxing skills step by step:

  • Stance and movement

  • Punch technique and combinations

  • Footwork and positioning

  • Defence and reactions

  • Partner drills​

You’ll understand why you’re doing things, not just follow along.​​

  • Women who want to learn boxing properly

  • Women who are tired of “boxercise” style classes

  • Those looking to build real skill and confidence

  • Women aged 17+ ready to train with focus

 

No previous experience needed.

  • Time: 19:00 – 20:00
